Advised mainly to the delicate plates, such as salads, pasta, grilled fish, cold meats, some grilled meats and fries such as pies and pies of cod.

Red Wines
Young and ElegantNormally these wines are called “easy” for being young and soft, being indicated for light plates such as salads, pasta, grilled meats, plates of birds little spicy, and also with some baked plates of fish in the oven, cod, etc.

Aromatic and DenseAromatic wines, indicated for stronger plates of flavours, such as baked meats, Portuguese traditional kitchen, etc.

Intense and ComplexAs the name indicates they are more intense and complex wines of flavours and aromas that the previous ones, but the plates described above are applied to these also.

Wines of ExcellencyThis selection is of Excellency and in it you can find some of the best wines of our country, either for one special day, an experimental trip, or because you simply appreciate the better. They are adjusted to the plates of the two previous categories.
